How it works
Do I need to have a reservation?
Yes, you always need a valid reservation to park with MyParking.io.
How do I create a reservation?
On myparking.io, you choose a car park or garage, fill in your details in the booking form and proceed to check availability and parking rates, where you confirm your booking and pay online with your credit card.
How do I pay?
Simply by credit card at the last step of the booking process – it’s the same as shopping on any e-shop.
What kind of confirmation will I get?
You will receive a parking ticket with detailed parking instructions to the email you entered. This parking ticket is also a tax receipt. Please have it printed or ready on your mobile phone when you arrive at the car park.
How do I get to the garage?
Myparking.io supports state-of-the-art automated access to the garage or parking lot. Methods vary depending on the specific parking lot. Simply scan the QR code from your parking ticket at the barrier stand, enter your PIN, call the assigned phone number, or just wait for the camera system to read your license plate and let you in.
What are the garage opening times?
Most car parks are open 24 hours a day and operate NON-STOP. However, in exceptional cases, entry and exit is restricted – please always refer to the profile of the specific garage / car park for details.
Is it possible to drive in and out of the garage repeatedly while the reservation is valid?
In some cases, we offer the option of re-entering and exiting the garage as a benefit for the duration of the reservation. Please always refer to the specific garage profile and your parking ticket for details.
Booking
Do I need a reservation?

How do I create a reservation?
On the myparking.io website, you choose a car park or garage, fill in your details in the booking form and proceed to check availability and parking rates to confirm your booking and pay online with your credit card.
What is the minimum booking period?
The minimum booking time is 6 hours, but some garages have a minimum booking time of 12 or 24 hours. Always look for this information in the garage profile.
What is the maximum booking time?
There is no maximum booking time. Simply book as much time as you need.
Can I extend my reservation?
Yes, simply make a new follow-up reservation.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Of course, we only charge an administration fee of 50,- CZK incl. VAT for cancellation in accordance with the general terms and conditions.
What confirmation will I receive?
A parking ticket with detailed parking instructions will be sent to the e-mail address you have provided. This parking ticket is also a tax receipt. Please have it printed or ready on your mobile phone when you arrive at the car park.
What if I don't know the registration number of my vehicle?
If you do not know the registration number of the vehicle (it may be a rental), you can write “RENTED” in the box. Once you know the vehicle registration number, please let us know via our customer service line(info@myparking.io or +420 734 204 322).
What if I want to reserve a space for more than one vehicle?
Can I park my bike?
Yes, but only in garages where it is allowed. You can always find this information in the details of each garage.
What are the maximum permitted vehicle dimensions?
This information can always be found in the details of each garage.
I have an electric car - can I book a charger?
Yes, as long as it is available in that garage. This information can always be found in the details of each garage.
Payment and tax receipt
How do I pay?
Simply pay with your card online. Of course, you need to meet the general conditions for online payments – first of all, you need to have enabled online payments for your card and, for some banks, MOTO transactions.
Can I pay cash on the spot?
No, there is no such option. However, at some garages it is possible to pay the remaining parking fee in cash on the spot at the parking meter if you exceed the reserved time.
What if I don't have a card?
You must pay for your reservation online with a card, but if you do not have a card, any of your family members can pay for you.
How do I pay for an extension?
Extending your booking is done by creating a new booking and paying the same way – by online card before the booking is completed.
Will I receive a tax receipt?
You will receive your parking ticket – which is also your tax receipt – as soon as you complete your booking by email.
When will I get a refund for a cancelled reservation?
We refund money for cancelled reservations within 10 working days of written confirmation of the cancellation.
